Quality Manager
1. Responsible for translating and writing technical data of pharmaceutical excipients, and be able to independently complete the CDE registration of imported excipients;
2. Master and be familiar with the relevant laws and policies of CFDA pharmaceutical excipients, and provide policy and regulatory information of excipients to the business department;
3. Responsible for the records of product technical consultation, and assist the technical manager to retrieve relevant literature and reply to customers;
4. Assist the technical manager to carry out the company’s technical training and write technical training materials;
5. Timely contact with suppliers to deal with and solve customer complaints caused by product quality problems.
Technical Manager
1. Responsible for mastering the characteristics and functions of relevant pharmaceutical excipients;
2. Understand the application of relevant preparations and answer the technical problems encountered by customers in use;
3. Master the use of databases, search, collation, and translation of related products and application-related professional information;
4. Assist in the compilation and update of the company’s auxiliary materials;
5. Cooperate with sales engineers for product training and technical support;
6. Other work arranged by the supervisor or superior.
Sales Manager
1. Familiar with the application technology of pharmaceutical excipients, responsible for the docking of target customers such as pharmaceutical factories and R&D companies in the jurisdiction, and provide a full range of pharmaceutical excipients related services;
2. Have certain English translation ability, and be able to quickly and effectively grasp the product and technical information of imported pharmaceutical excipients;
3. Visit customers as needed, promote products to customers, provide service support such as products, technologies, regulations and training, maintain customer relationships, and continuously improve product market share;
4. Formulate and implement the marketing plan of customers in the jurisdiction, collect and feedback customer information and market conditions in a timely manner;
5. Fully understand the market information, actively and effectively develop new customers, collect and sort out in a timely manner, feedback the real-time market dynamics to the superiors, and put forward reasonable suggestions;
6. Obey the company’s management, assist and cooperate with other sales colleagues to do a good job in customer business development and docking services, participate in all sales-related activities, and complete sales goals;
7. Maintain contact with customers, do a good job in customer relations, track customer needs and orders, develop and promote contact with potential customers, and constantly capture business opportunities.
